Atomization air pressure of the glue valve is adjustable using imported precision pressure regulating valves with digital pressure gauges.
All pressure adjustments are located on the Z-axis for intuitive and direct operation, an ergonomic design that improves operator efficiency.
Open-profile conveyor rails with special stainless steel chains and wear-resistant strips to extend service life.
Dual ball screw drive mechanism for rail width adjustment, with intelligent electric width adjustment to prevent bell-mouthing after long-term use.
Wind shields at inlet and outlet to prevent exhaust gas leakage; equipped with independent exhaust outlet to improve workshop environment.
Supports programmable arbitrary spraying trajectories via teaching mode; spraying paths are clearly visible on the main interface.
Audible and visual fault alarm with menu display; user-friendly, simple and elegant operation interface.
Running trajectories support mirroring, arraying and copying functions. For multi-panel production, only one board needs to be programmed.
Automatically calculates and displays production data including output and cycle time per product.
During waiting periods, the glue valve automatically moves to the soaking area to prevent nozzle curing and ensure coating quality.
